  • The DUTCH & GI MAP are mailed directly to your home to complete. Once completed, you will use the shipping label provided to send them back to the lab.

    The Functional Blood Panel will need to be completed at a Labcorp Draw Center.

  • If you have an DUTCH, GI MAP, or Blood Panel from the past 6 months, I can use these instead of ordering your new labs.

  • Supplements can range from $150-$200 per month. This really just depends on the person and what is going on. However, this cost can be totally modified to stay within someone’s budget.

  • Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance for my services or for any functional medicine lab testing or blood work. All expenses are out of pocket.
